Delphi (the development environment used to write TB) supports macOS, so it is definitely a possibility. Whether it will ever happen is a question for the developers. You can ask them using the support link above, and if you do please let us know the answer.

Do you think is it possible?

I work many with e-mails, and one thing it stops me from using Mac/iOS is lack of good e-mail client. The only one close to TheBat! is Thunderbird, but I don't like it :/

I need TheBat for iOS. Are you too ?
