Are you quite sure that they have been deleted from the server? Have you checked every folder in your provider's web interface?
I don't use Outlook over TB, but here are a few things I would try:

1. Disconnect the account form the IMAP server and connect again. (Restarting TB amounts to the same.)
2. Run Folder -> Maintenance Center... with Check Integrity/Repair selected.
3. Play around with settings in Account -> Properties -> Mail management (-> Deletion) (-> IMAP Fine-Tune), combined with #1.
4. Most radically, delete the whole TB IMAP account and re-create it.

I sometimes have something similar happen with one TB IMAP account where I also download and delete messages using a separate POP3 account, and #1 always does the trick.
I am running Bat Pro version 11.4.3 64 bit under Windows 11 Pro x64 to collect from an Outlook IMAP folder on the MS server.
While I was traveling about fifty messages dated over two days from before I left were deleted from the Inbox on the server using my phone. These messages are still appearing in the Bat's inbox in bold as unread and I am unable to delete them. How do I delete these messages which display in bold as unread and when selected display "No messages loaded" in the preview screen?
