Slowing down

Slowing down in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
I noticed this, too. A few things that can also help:
- Using the 32-bit version of TB (at least for v11.4.3, with some previous versions I had problems with the 32-bit version)
- Always using the HTML viewer in classic preview mode, both for text and HTML messages (to avoid switching between the two)
- After starting TB, browsing through some of the bigger and more often used folders, to allow the indexes to load to RAM
- Disabling the new indexer for the conversation view if you're not using it (the conversation view will actually keep working, but display only one message at a time)

EDIT: I noticed that the slowdowns mainly happen once the computer is turned on and Windows freshly boots. After a while when Windows and TB "get going", things work normally, even after putting the computer to sleep, or restarting TB. (Windows 10 22H2 64-bit)

There could be a few other things, if I remember any I'll edit the message.
Try to purge+compact all folders (CTRL+C after click on folder). One by one and do that compacting for all.
Almost everything in The Bat is slowing down now.
Having messages marked as read, message opening,
messages being sent, etc. etc.
Are there things I should be looking out for to correct this?
