The problem were as always with some one email account and broken Messages.tbb file.
After reparing program is closing correct.

I installed The Bat! v12 on v10.5.4. The Bat version 10.5.4 doesn't have below problem. My OS Win11 PRO 24H2.
When I exit program (close) proces thebat.exe working all the time ... it never stops.  I need to kill it all the time.
When I rollback to 10.5.4 then problem is over.
