That message usually appears when the authentication redirect URL contains sensitive data and the browser flags it as suspicious. Try clearing the AppData\Temp folder and make sure both Microsoft Authenticator and your default browser are updated. If it still happens, reconfigure the login method or remove and add the account again in Microsoft Authenticator, as the redirect link might be malformed.
