View the source of a message (press F9)
That will give you an idea how messages start and that's how you know where it ends too, for that's where the next one starts.

Over here all messages start with a Return-Path: header followed by a Received: header.

Attachments look like blocks of this:
ZGVuLg1EZSBmYW5jeSBmYWlyIGJlZ2ludCBvbSAxNi4wMCB1dXIgZW4gZWluZGlndCBvbSAxOS4w
MCB1dXIuDQAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I hope this helps. I'm hoping that you got some very large attachments, otherwise 100 and 200 MB gives you quite a lot of messages.

What you could try too, is to make a copy of your .bin file, rename it to .uue and open it with WinZip, it used to work with .tbb files and previous versions of WinZip. Note that similar programs like WinRar never did this, so WinZip is a must in this case.
Well, it is possible the .bin files are mutilated beyond recognition, but you could try to extract complete (or partial) messages from the file with a text editor and store the messages as separate files with the .msg extension. That way TB will be able to import them.

Note that the .msg files need to be plain text. If your .bin files are too big for notepad to handle, you could try another plain text editor. Edxor <noindex>http://freezip.cjb.net/freeware/</noindex> comes to mind and is free.
Rename the .bin file to messages.tbb (in a different directory than where it was created and from TB's menu select:
Tools -> Import -> From TB msg base v2
Hello to all, I'm not TheBAt!user but my friend who is not very computer savvy asked me to help him if I can.

Few days ago she started TheBat!(version 3.0.3), and got a message that database was corrupted and that TheBAt! needs to repair it to continue. After she pressed Repair, TheBAt! started repair and after few seconds satarted normally but with few months worth of messages deleted. I came to her and found what I think is a backup of deleted items under name(not sure about entire name) name0001.bin. I have tried everything that I can remember to open this file(even got a trial version of mailbag assistant)- rename it to .tbb, rename to .zip and .rar, but I wasn't succesful.

Is there a way to save those messages cause they are very important with varius documents inside attachments?

Thank You.
