What are your settings at:
Options -> Preferences -> Viewer/Editor
and then specifically:
View HTML messages using....
and
View messages with alternative layout as ....

Play with those settings and see whether that helps.

None of html emails is displayed, can only view contents of them when redirecting. Could not find in faq.
