			Hi, Thanks for the reply <img src="http://www.ritlabs.com/bitrix/images/main/smiles/5/icon_smile.gif" border="0" data-code=":)" data-definition="SD" alt=":)" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="" class="bx-smile" /><br /><br />Yes...I suspected as much.<br /><br />So there is no way to sort by the actual address then in a threaded view.<br /><br />Rats <img src="http://www.ritlabs.com/bitrix/images/main/smiles/5/icon_sad.gif" border="0" data-code=":(" data-definition="SD" alt=":(" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="" class="bx-smile" /><br /><br />Oh well, it just means lots more mouseclicks to find the scattered emails, but I still love your product! <img src="http://www.ritlabs.com/bitrix/images/main/smiles/5/icon_smile.gif" border="0" data-code=":)" data-definition="SD" alt=":)" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="" class="bx-smile" /><br /><br />Russ <br />

The sorting option you're using is done on the To: header and not on the To: address, that explains the results you're getting and you can't change that. <br />

Hello &nbsp;<img src="http://www.ritlabs.com/bitrix/images/main/smiles/5/icon_kiss.gif" border="0" data-code=":{}" data-definition="SD" alt=":{}" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="" class="bx-smile" /> <br /><br />We can't control what friendly names people give us. <br /><br />My email is Jesus@Heaven.com but when I sort by "TO:Email address" I get no usable sorting because people define my friendly name as "Supreme Savior," "God Almighty," or "Free Love Hippie of Israel" among others. &nbsp; The sort threads by "to" uses these friendly names, instead of our actual email address of Jesus@Heaven.com.<br /><br />Can we sort by our actual email address that we created, and NOT by the myriad endless nonsensical "friendly names" people generate?<br /><br />Love the Bat!!!! &nbsp; It's the most powerful and usable email app out there and I REFUSE to use anything else <img src="http://www.ritlabs.com/bitrix/images/main/smiles/5/icon_smile.gif" border="0" data-code=":)" data-definition="SD" alt=":)" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="" class="bx-smile" /><br /><br />Love,<br /><br />Russ <br />
