When the bat rewrites the MAPI32.DLL file does it change the file in anyway because my software says it got an error log-in to MAPI32.DLL
By rewriting MAPI32.DLL it installs the MAPI handler. Thus MAPI gets handled by The Bat!

It does a backup of the original MAPI32.DLL to MAPI32TB.DLL
Hi forum,
I am tring to switch from OutLook Express to The Bat!. My question is does The Bat! software allow for 3rd party software programs to send emails as myself like Outlook Express does? If so can anyone please tell me the setting I need to adjust the software? I do alot of Intraday trading and my trading software needs to send out email thru the MAPI32.DLL is this possible with The Bat! software? I installed The Bat! but it wanted to rewrite my MAPI32.DLL file to something else so I wasn't sure. Can anyone help me here or is this something The Bat can't do?
