Use %Quote, but use it while yoiu don't view the headers. When you're viewing the headers you'll get them quoted in your reply.

Another option would be to select a part of the text and use 'reply quoting selected text' (or the F4 key)

Hi,

How should i configure a macro to give me a quote of the text with out the header information when replying to an email?  I can't seem to figure it out.  %quote & %text both give me the header info in my replies....  any ideas?
