I don't think it's supposed to work in print templates. The help states that it's for reply and forward templates only.
Makes sense as it is ORcvDate, the received date of the original message. Maybe you can extract the date you received the message from the top Received: header with some regexp.
The other solution would be a new feature request, but you'd need to update before you could use that if the developers would implement it.

Hello,

I have tried to print message with Received Date (%ORcvDate) but this does not work! Other macros like: %ORcvDateEn, %ORcvDateShort gives me this same results (blank line)

My The Bat version is 1.62r
