			I'm not sure what you mean.<br /><br />Generating a quick template (QT) is rather straightforward.<br /><br />Options -&gt; Quick Templates -&gt; Add -&gt;<br />Insert a handle<br />Give a proper description<br />select whether you'd like to share this QT with other account and whether you'd like it as a new messages/ mass mailing template (that can be called from the address book)<br /><br />Start typing the template, when you've got something stoired in the clipboard, paste it with Ctrl-V <br />
