You cannot do that with normal filters. I think ou could do that with 'selective downlad' filters, but in that case you'd download the headers for all messages twice, so I guess it would be best to check for messages twice.

Hi,

sevaral people connect to the same pop email account, so our general mail retrieval settings are to
Keep messages on server for 5 days

Now I created a filter that catches some common spam messages, with the following actions defined:
1. Move message to \\Account_name\_CRAP
2. Delete the message from server

it works, but messages are not deleted immediately - they are deleted the next time I connect to the server.

How to set these mails to be deleted during the same connection, so that others don't download them?
