Same way as you synchronize two versions of TB.

TB:
Tools -> Synchronise -> Step1....
(Creates an archive file)

TBV:
Tools -> Synchronise -> Step2....
(Reads the archive file, extracts the needed messages and creates a second archive file with messages etc that are stored in TBV's messagebase, but were lacking in the archive)

TB:
Tools -> Synchronise -> Step3....
(Reads the second archive file)

Now the two message bases and whatever you choose to synchronise along with it are identical.
