Well, I tried to create it again and did so without any problems.
Maybe your tbuser.def somehow got corrupted.
What happens when you delete that? You've got to do that with TB closed. You can find it in your mail directory.

Note that deleting the file means that you lose your self defined shortcuts, so if you've got a lot of those you'd better move it to somewhere else for testing purposes.

Well.... I was using the wrong shortcut collection, not the one on the main form as you suggested...

Unfortunately, I am not luckier now...
When I add this shortcut and press OK, The Bat crashes....

I have the last version of The Bat (Christmas ed.) under win XP. This is the txt file generated after crash:

Thanks. I did everything you suggested but at the end the shortcut doesn't work. I tried various shortcuts: ALT+C , CTRL+X, F3, F11

None of them seems to work.

The way I did was this:

View -> Toolbars -> Customise

Select Container -> Main Form -> Shortcut Collection

I added Mark as (NOT) Junk to this container.
They can be found from Available Items -> MsgCtl

Now you can assign shortcuts to both actions.
