Execute Action in Filters

Execute Action in Filters RFC822 message in return is blank in forum The Bat! - Filters.
Sorry to bother on this question. It seems I will have to convert my main TB install back to a non encrypted, non password install. My other install on my laptop is not set up with the password/encryption and it works just fine.

Would this be considered a *bug*? I would think it should work equally on either methods of install.
I have a Perl script that I am attempting to use as an execute for a filter. This is going to strip out a forwarded message within and return an RFC822 formatted message to a folder for ones completed. The script runs fine from the CMD line and it does get executed by TB. However, the returned message is blank. There is absolutely nothing within. I'm suspecting this is something so obvious but just can't figure it out.
