Your solution seems to work - thanks. But I got an error when I tried to rename my email address, saying something like "Cannot create file that already exists". But I restarted TB and tried again, and it worked.

Great, I'll try that. Actually, the passwords are different. And 1 or 2 addresses have a different mail server too - I assume I can go back in and change those. I just don't want to have to make all the same settings by hand for 7 or 8 accounts.

Create a new account, don't care about the settings.
Close TB
Copy the account.cfn file from the source account to the new account
Start TB
Alter the address that belongs to your new address to the one you really want.

But if it's only the address that's different (server, username and password the same) then you could use folder identities or the %From macro in templates to use that address.

Is there any easy way to copy settings from an existing account to a new account? In other words, suppose I want to create a new account that's exactly like the first account, just with a different email address.
