When you mean the message list tabs, I think you can do what you want. You'll have to do this as follows:
Create a new view mode,
(Folder -> Folder view mode -> Manage view modes -> New)
Give it the name High priority (that makes it easy to recognize)
At the 'View Mode Setup' you'll see a tab named 'Filter'
Select 'Use filter' and set Priority is high as filter condition.

Next thing is that you create a new message list tab. You can assign a view mode to  that tab and when you select the 'High priority' view mode then you've created yourself a high priority message list tab.

I really appreciate the new feature to create and manage new tabs on the right side of The Bat. There is a way to create a tab with all the high priority messages? How can I create it?
