I must say that your description is a bit vague to say the least. It won't work?
Do you mean that you can't install, that you can't collect mail, that it crashes when you're trying to do something specific?

I am going crazy! I have been trying to download The Bat on my lap top but it has just caused problems and won't work.

What is my problem?
Could it be Norton's Internet Security that blocks The Bat even from opening?

When I had first started with Bat, some 5 years ago I think, if I had a problem I would write and get an answer, now I don't hear anything.
Can some one help???
