Close TB
Go to the directory matching your problem filter
Delete the account.srb file.
Start TB.

Note that every account has its own directory account with its own account.srb. The mail directory one of those too, for the common filters.
I tried that but nothing happens. If I right click the only non-grayed items available are cut tree, copy tree - neither which do anything.

Are the filtering rules kept in a specific file that I can edit or delete and would TTB then re-create a default file if deleted?

Thanks,
Larry
Just select the folder and press <Delete> that should do it.
I know it must be something I've done but I can't figure out how to undo it...

I have an Outgoing folder located under Incoming mail folder in the Sorting office. Along with the Outgoing under the Incoming I have a regular Outgoing Mail folder for filtering.

It is just in one account and the other accounts don't have it.

How can I delete it? I didnt' see anything in the registry and can't find any indication of problems in the folder structure.

Thanks,
Larry
