UPDATE - for anyone who's listening

I deleted the tbuser.def file and started over
But problem solved; I can now modify menus and toolbars without crashing. Bit of a letdown, though.
Well, if anyone is interested, I have not found any pre-configured shortcut files anywhere, so I'm setting it up myself. It's fairly easy if you use the MenuNavigator feature first to locate all the duplicate menu items. So far, so good, except the program crashes if I try to change too many shortcuts at once (say, more than 3), with a large number of consecutive "Access violation" errors. I investigated trying to report this to the bugtracker, but I have not received a confirmation email yet - I signed up about 5 days ago.
I was wondering if there are any pre-configured shortcut files out there? I find the default settings to be rather... confusing:

1. F2 = "Get New Mail" but sometimes "Send Now"
2. Ctrl+Enter = "Reply" or sometimes "Send Now"
3. Ctrl+Enter and Ctrl+F5 both do "Reply", Ctrl+F4 does "Reply to the Sender" which seems to be the same thing (why so many ways to Reply??)

The shortcuts don't seem to follow any kind of rhyme or reason - by which I guess I'm partly trying to say that they are VERY different from all other email clients out there. Which is something I could accept, IF the shortcut configuration utility wasn't so very difficult to use. Plus there's no help for it in the help file.
