The Bat! Voyager (TBV) isn't included in the home version, you only get a license for TBV when you register TBpro.
TBV needs a different installation file and has a different executable (TBpro and TBhome use the same executable):

It's not possible to use TBV for a trial period, you need a registration for TBpro to get it running (I know you didn't ask that)
In case you've already got a TBhome registration, currently there's an offer for $5,00 to upgrade from home to pro.

If I would buy TheBat Home version: Is theBat Voyager included?

If not: What does it cost in addition?

If yes: Are these two different installations or are the installable from one and the same setup-exe-file
(and differ only by other settings during the setup procedure)?
