			The default template for this message is stored in the Account Properties .. Templates .. Reading confirmation.<br /><br />The default version uses the %FromFName macro to pluck your first name from the message. Have you changed your name to "The Mighty Doug" or something? &nbsp;<img src="http://www.ritlabs.com/bitrix/images/main/smiles/5/icon_wink.gif" border="0" data-code=";)" data-definition="SD" alt=";)" style="width:16px;height:16px;" title="" class="bx-smile" /> <br /><br />You can modify the template to always say "Doug" regardless. <br />
