You cannot download gmail messages for the second time. That's the way gmail works. It's not quite your standard pop3 server.
You can't turn encryption off for Voyager.
For TB itself you can turn encryption off, by uninstalling it and install it again without encryption enabled.
Normally |I'd suggest that you create a backup first and restore that afterwards, but I'm not sure whether you've got anything left to backup.

In order to download the messages again, you must have been running with 'leave messages on server' enabled. Downloading your messages again will be done after you've installed TB again and configured your account. At that moment TB will have lost any recollection of downloaded messages.
Without uninstalling you can download messages from the server aqain by deleting the account.emr (encrypted, plain has an extension that starts with mr, but I don't remember the last character) file from the account directory while TB is closed.
Unfortunately for me I am getting nothing out of the import. Even worse is that I just purchased TB last month and started using TBV a couple of weeks ago. Definitely not a good showing to lose everything for me unrecoverably.

Thanks for your help Roelof, I wish there were some more options for this point, but oh well.
move the .bin file
rename it to messages.ebb
Try to import from it

When this fails the messages are lost. That's the disadvantage of an encrypted message base.
\\Chris@domain.com\Inbox
Messages recovered: 44, damaged parts (part????.bin) saved: 1
Processing finished. 1 folders processed
\\Chris@domain.com\Inbox
Messages recovered: 0, damaged parts (part????.bin) saved: 1
Processing finished. 1 folders processed

I ended up running it twice (these technically being the second and third runs)

So the first run, I figured I would run it against all mailboxes since it detected the 1 corrupt message (I don't know why, just seemed like a good idea at the time). This is of course where my problems started and I now have the various empty mailboxes.

So, now, with the second run, I ran it only against the account that has the most (missing) mail in it, and I got the first half of the above message. The mailbox is now empty, again, but now I have a 'part0001.bin' file that is the same size as the original box and the 'MESSAGES.EBB' now looks like a new, empty box. I then ran the maintenance again, and I now have a second .bin file, the same size as the empty MESSAGES.EBB and a new, still empty, MESSAGES.EBB.

What seems to have happened is the mail is all marked as bad (or something) in the .bin and is apparently unrecoverable to TB directly. Any suggestions as to where to go from here?

Thanks again for your help.
I had actually seen the folders as you have described (Voyager\MAIL\my@mail.com\9F7D06B4.D61). For each folder under each e-mail account, I have a messages.ebb and .ebi. I have not yet found any MESSAGES.BIN, or any other files of similar size to the MESSAGES.EBB that is already there (~25MB). To me, it looks like all the e-mail I had in there previously is still there (size-wise), but TB is not recognizing that it is there, instead only showing the new messages.

Is it possible to get back into the tool that was used to check for corruption and see what options are there? Otherwise, are there any tools to extract all the messages from the .EBB so that I can import them?

Thanks for the assistance, it is much appreciated.
On your USB stick you'll find a directory Voyager with a subdirectory MAIL.
The latter has a subdirectory for each of your accounts (they're named as your accounts too).
These account directories have subdirectories for each of your folders, though the names of the folders are encrypted.
It's in each of these folder drectries where you'll find the files I discussed.
With TB (with unencrypted message base) it would create messages.bin files with the recovered messages. You could rename them to messages.tbb and import them via:
Tools -> Import messages -> From TB messagebase v2..

As Voyager is using OTFE (encryption) it might decide on another name for the .bin (it's using .ebb for the messagebase and .ebi for the index (used to be .tbi))
So check for something like messages.bin, move that to another location, rename it to messages.tbb or messages.ebb (when it's encrypted) and try to use it for an import action.
This morning I was reading my e-mail when I clicked on a message that apparently was corrupt. TB(voyager) then apparently went into recover mode and ended up indicating that it had recovered around 1000 messages from all the various accounts I have setup. Unfortuantely for me, my inboxes are now empty of any e-mail other than what has been recived after this happened. I am not sure the best way to procedd at this point and really just want to get my e-mail back. Any suggestions? Thank you.
