When it's still in trash, you can drag or copy it to another folder.

When you haven't compressed the folder you deleted it from, then you can select 'browse deleted messages' from the folder menu and press 'delete' when you've found it, this will undelete it. (When you're seeing only the last deleted message while browsing deleted messages, the you should select 'View -> Show messaage list' in the view folder window, this will enable you to navigate easier through the deleted messages.)

Is there any chance to rescue message deleted from trash?? what should i do ? i deleted 1 very important message by accident and its very important to bring it back
