My outbox was corrupted and I used the folder maintenance center to correct the problem but I cannot remember how I had accessed the maintenance center.  

Sorry, for the stupid question.  The folder maintenance center is under the tab <folders> then <maintenance>. DUH! javascript:emoticon(':oops:')


Also, it there someplace where I can access a user's manual?
