Use it when your anti-spam plug-in (not TB, TB doesn't recognize spam) has a false positive.

When you start training the plug-in it's also recommended to select a number of good messages and mark them as 'not spam' so that your plug-in knows whaty you like to receive.
Can someone please clarify how to use "Mark as NOT Junk"? The way I understand it is to use this only if TB makes a mistake and puts mail in Junk folder when in reality it was good and/or are you suppose to use this with good mail that arrives in the InBox that is good in order to train the spam filter. I don't find any real explanation anywhere about this.
