It happens because you loose the connection to your Exchange server. Even after the connection is up, you had to reconnect to it.
Try to use POP3 protocol.

Sometimes when I go to read a message, it doesn't download until I "reconnect" to my IMAP server. I have an "always on" internet connection ( Cable ) and I wonder how I can keep BAT v3. connected to my IMAP Mail Server so that I don't have to keep reconnecting??
