He isn't per chance using a view filter?
Did you try:
View -> Display -> All messages

Hello,

a friend of mine had to reinstall. He copied his entire mail directory, and copied it back afterwards. Now he can only see messages from 2004. When I open the TBI and TBB files in notepad, I can see all messages so the information is still there but the bat doesn't seem to see it. How can I get his newer messages back?
