Is there any way you can right-click on the account (without it freezing) and deleting it? Then re-add it? Another thing you can try is to access the account via web based interface and see if there could be a corrupt email that could be causing the problem.

I mean that the whole account with all its folders(Inbox-Outbox and all the stuff)after clicking it freezes The Bat!ans I am compelled to shut the programme.Other accounts with its content work well.What should I press to shake this problem off?

What do you mean by "one of the boxes?" Are you referring to a folder or an account?

Only one of boxes in The Bat! can't be opened-it gets frozen every time I click it.What can it be?How can I fix the problem?
