			Just an update - my trouble seems to be when I try to backup when checking Common Folders and Filters. &nbsp;It always gives me an error when trying to restore a backup that contains this setting. &nbsp;But, I get no errors on the backup procedure. &nbsp;If I don't check this box, I can back up all three of my accounts and restore them with no problem. &nbsp;If anyone can help me solve this, I would appreciate it so much. &nbsp;Thank you.<br /><br />Gary <br />

			Using latest and also tried previous version of the Bat! professional, I cannot get restore to work when I want to restore all, several accounts. &nbsp;It gives me an error saying it cannot react the .tbx file. &nbsp;This happens whether I backup up to USB drive or HDD. &nbsp;Have tried repair install also. &nbsp;Please help me. &nbsp;Also, when I did upgrade to latest version, I lost all custom toolbars and menus. &nbsp;How can this be restored back if I cannot even restore my backup? &nbsp;Thank you.<br /><br />Gary <br />
