As I'm in Europe I've never ordered via cifnet, but it shouldn't take that long.
This kind of automated messages is very appealing to spam filters. So I'd advice to check your (or your ISP's) spam filter whether something has been caught.

How long does it take to get a reg. key after purchase?  I ordered Wed.  Still waiting..  I have sent email to cifnet.com  and  ritlabs..  No response as of yet.
