try to crete a new account named as one of the accounts you want to restore.
Then in the account properties -> Files & directories, click the Browse button and select the folder where the files from the old account are.
TB should read the folders and other settings, maybe after restarting it.

I cant restore the email accounts after I reinstalled windows.
I have the MAil folder intact but the bat dont recognize it. I'm using the bat 3.71
