I don't think there's a great deal of IMAP expertise available on this forum.   You don't say which version you are using. Neither do you say what IMAP server you are talking to.

I am using IMAP to connect to my E-Mail Provider’s server and I encountered the following problem: When sending mails from the Outbox prior to synchronisation mails get sent and moved to the assigned „sent” folder, but their entries remain in the Outbox and are marked as unsent! The entries remain there until I delete them manually.
