Sync with Voyager and TBP

Sync with Voyager and TBP how is the exactly procedure to do the sync? in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
I still get issues when I go through this procedure.

It seems that syncing one way works, but the 'return' sync doesnt. TheBat (step3) can't read the file Voyager creates with step 2...
The help-file describes it quite throughly.

My advise is - do the folders maintenance first! On both sides.
Remove all duplicates and purge all erased messages.

Otherways you'll end up with slightly different "sync" result.

I'm doing the sync between Voyager and TBP but it sounds very complicated and I would like to know if I'm doing something wrong:

The Voyager is installed on my USB disk and I take it to office every day.
At the end of the day, with all day messages sent/received on it I connect the USB disk on my home computer.
1) I open TBP on my home computer
2) run Tools--> Syncronize--> Step 1 on Home PC
 it creates a FileHome
3) I open Voyager on USB driver
4) run Tools--> Syncronize--> Step 2 on USB disk
 it reads the FileHome and creates the FileUSB
5) I go back to TBP on my home computer
6) run Tools--> Syncronize--> Step3 on Home PC
 it reads FileUSB and makes the sync.

As you can see is 6 steps, moving from both software installations in order to acomplish the sync.

I wonder if could have a way just to start in TBP on my home pc and point that it needs to sync with Voyager on my USB Disk and that's it...
Is it possible?
