As you write a template first, you insert the macro:
%Subject="This is the subject of my mass mailing"%- in it.

How can I put a subject into a mass mailing? Except one at a time?

You've got to change them one by one, other properties can be changed for a selection, but this one not, unfortunately.

I can not seem to get the address import to bring in first and last names as last, first.

And I can not seem to find a way to change the way the names are sorted in the properties all at once.

Is there a way or do I have to manually change all 431 entried?
