Create a new filter
Set the condition 'any message'
Set the action: 'Send automatic reply'
When you set that action you're automatically directed to the template for that reply, so you can create the message you want to.

Place it on top of your incoming filters and when you'd prefer your other filters to be checked too, you can set the option 'Continue processing with other filters'.

When you're back at the office, you uncheck the option 'This filter is active' so the next time you need it you can activate it without creating it again.

How do I configure the bat to reply automatically (Out of office response) to emails received? I have tried to use the filter but I cannot really figure how to do it.
