Many thanks Roelof!

Never used the draft option so far, my guess was it creates some sort of a template.
The third icon on the left in the editor toolbar does this. It saves a message as draft, the icon is an open envelope with a hourglass.

When you've already saved the message in the outbox, you can also 'Park' it (from the menu). You'll see that both drafts and parked messages are shown with a letter with an hourglass in the message list as long as they're stored in the outbox.
When drafts or parked messages are copied to another folder they're shown as open envelopes with a blue 'P' in the message list of their new folder.
Hi,

there are cases when I want to reply to a message or write a new one now, but don't want to send it yet - I want to send it the next day or probably later.
So is there any way to lock a message in the Outbox, so that when I send queued mail this message to remain in the Outbox unsent?

( I have tried to move such messages from the Outbox to another folder, but there is a very very good chance messages to remain there for days or even weeks - I simply forget them, so I need to have them in the Outbox, not elsewhere )

Thanks for any suggestions.
