I know what the problem is.

Just click the right mouse button over any toolbar and select Customise then in the Container tree view panel the desired toolbar, you'll see a combo box in the lower/right part of the window, there you must see the "Menu Icons" option selected, just change it to "Toolbar Icons" and pres OK.

Thats all, now you'll have the icons in large size.

Did you customise a lot?
You could delete the tbuser.def file in your mail directory (tbuser.eef when you're using OTFE)  while TB is shut down. This will undo all of your customisations, including the icons.

The same problem: main large icons got small by checking 'Use menu icons for all toolbars' but didn't help unchecking. Tried to reinstall the bat, didn't changed. My icons are still to small. Interesting is that, when i try check/uncheck 'Use menu icons...' in new message or address book, or another window, everything's working. The problem is just in the main window

View -> Toolbars -> Customize -> 'Options' tab -> Uncheck 'Use menu icons for all toolbars'

Somehow my main large icons reverted to small icons.
How do I change them back to large icons?
