Funny...... I just logged in to post this same error! Then I saw your post.

I'll say that I have EXACTLY the same problem. I temporarily fixed it by going back to version 3.62.14 (available on the download page)

I also want to note that in addition to The Bat! not reading the To: data that is sent to it via MAPI, if you use MAPI to attach a file, The Bat! attaches a .tmp file instead of the file it is supposed to. As I said, going back to 3.62.14 makes it all work again.....

I used successfully previous versions of TB since years to send mail via other applications (typically in my case ChessBase, to keep track of my correspondence Chess games by email). Since I intalled the version 3.80.06, the application still fires up correctly TB, and fills the body and subject nicely, but the address field (To:) is left blank. I have tried the 'Install TB as the Simple MAPI request handler' but his change nothing. I have tested with another application (CLchess) and the problem is identical - the subject field stays empty.
Is there a way to test the correct MAPI functionnality of The Bat ?

Thanks in advance for any idea.
Jean-Luc
