There is no current public beta released after the current public release. Whenever that's the case you'll find an old beta listed as current on the beta page.

What beta version did you install? I don't understand the numbering system they are using. For example, on the beta download page, they are listing version 3.81.18 available Sept 01, 2006.

But, the "official" release version is currently 3.85.03 released on Sept 04, 2006.

So, where is the latest beta available and what is it's version number?

I signed up as a beta tester and installed it.
However how or where does one provide feedback? I don't see any way to do that - no beta forum so that testers can compare and help verify a bug.
