How to See All Folders in IMAP

How to See All Folders in IMAP in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
Hi, again. I just opened The Bat! again, and this time it showed me all my folders, but still in some seemingly random order, and including folders that it shouldn't show, since they don't have any newmail and have been deleted from my list. Most of my folders are "permanent," but I have some folders that should only appear when they have new mail.

How to See All Folders in IMAP in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
I've just downloaded The Bat! to try it out. My main email account is on an IMAP server. I have probably 50-75 folders. Some but not all of them receive new mail (e.g., mail from listservs are set to go into separate folders). Also, some folders appear only when they contain new mail. I have three questions:

1) What do I have to do to get The Bat! to show all my folders automatically when I log on to my account?

2) What do I have to do to get all these folders to be listed in alphabetical order (as they are in every other email client I've tried)? When I finally did somehow get The Bat! to show all my folders (I'm not sure how I did this), they showed up in some seemingly random order. Also, some folders should not have shown up, since they are temporary folders that should appear only when they contain new mail. They were empty, but they still showed up.

3) At the bottom of my screen, there appeared a message that said "!9/19/2006, 21:07:39: IMAP - 1: Cannot flag messages due to processing error." I have no idea what the problem is nor what to do about it. I've never seen this message with any other email client.

Thanks in advance for your help.
