Can't be done with a macro (I think), but an option would be to include some marker text in the automatically generated messages and have an outgoing filter that triggers on that marker text.

Hi,

I have an app that uses TB to send auto-generated messages. For each message my app generates a unique template which is used for sending.

I want to easily distinguish auto-generated messages, for this purpose I want to make them appear in a different colour - but can't see a way to set a colour group in the template my app generates.
Is there any way?
