To avoid confusion, I'm not talking about the attachment pane that you can hide, or move to the top, bottom, left, or right of the message preview window.

I'm referring to the little tabs that appear at the bottom of a message in the preview window.  If the message is an HTML message, you will see a tab for HTML, and a tab for text.  If it has attachments, normally a tab appears for each attachment.  Clicking on the tabs allows you to switch between HTML and text views, or to examine each attachment individually.

Is there any way to move these tabs from the bottom of the preview window to the top?  It would speed things up greatly for me if I could keep these tabs closer to the subject list pane.
