I'm still using PGP8, so I don't know whether TB is adapted to work with PGP9, but when PGP9 was just released there was a workaround as discussed in:

does the latest version of the bat work with pgp 9 ? is it me or just they don't talk to each other ? maybe there is a path to make them work together ?
