Either import a valid S/MIME certificate for the address you're using or don't set your account properties to signing with S/MIME, tht should be TB's default configuration.
You can set that at:
Account -> Properties -> Options -> Unselect 'Sign when completed'
and                                 Unselect 'Enable S/MIME'
They can both be found at the 'Message Editor Settings' section.
