hey, thank you for your help- i did have that option- i typed %name into the feild, and now everything is fine. i dont know why i didnt pay closer attention before. thank you again for the help

I'm not sure what's causing this.
In the preference menu under 'general' I've got this setting:
Default Vitual Folder name template: *%Name*
What have you got there? Can you change it to something matching my setting?
What version are you using?

hi, ive had to reinstall the bat, and everything works fine, except this one thing: when i go to the preferences menu, i cant make any changes, because each time i click apply, an error message pops up saying
"virtual folder name template must contain %name"

and so i have to cancel out of the options menu, without making any changes. does anyone know what may be causing this, and how i may fix it?
