			hey, thank you for your help- i did have that option- i typed %name into the feild, and now everything is fine. i dont know why i didnt pay closer attention before. thank you again for the help<br /><br />j <br />

			I'm not sure what's causing this.<br />In the preference menu under 'general' I've got this setting:<br />Default Vitual Folder name template: *%Name*<br />What have you got there? Can you change it to something matching my setting?<br />What version are you using? <br />

			hi, ive had to reinstall the bat, and everything works fine, except this one thing: when i go to the preferences menu, i cant make any changes, because each time i click apply, an error message pops up saying <br />"virtual folder name template must contain %name"<br /><br />and so i have to cancel out of the options menu, without making any changes. does anyone know what may be causing this, and how i may fix it?<br />thank you in advance <br />
