No one cares enough to check the bug website To many errors and no feedback! in forum The Bat! - Configuring the E-mail Client.
About the helpdesk, I just today got a reply to a bug report. It was 3 weeks old but they are working through them. Patience and kindness pay off.

By the way, I'm using the home version which I would expect may take a bit longer to reply to than the business version.
I cannot confirm either of your problems, you might be more specific in your problem discription.

What version are you using?

You're mention that you receive everything in Arial 7, could it be that that's the font you defined in:
Options -> Preferences -> Plain Text/MicroEd
and
Options -> Preferences -> HTML/Windows Editor
Those are the places where you define the fonts for viewing and creating messages.

Apart from that, this is supposed to be a user to user support forum, so venting your frustation about Ritlabs won't help here.
Now I am REALLY ticked. I was signing my message, clicked on a smilie, and my whole message disappeared! GRRRRRRRR!

NOW for the problem why I am here....
I posted on the bug reporting site many errors that I have been getting. A suport person asked for more information. I posted that on 9/20/06 No one answerd, so I posted more on 9/28/06, NO one answered!! So I posted yet again on 10/18/2006 and STILL I have not heard a word. I have MORE errors to report so I sent them to thebat email address bugs-enu@thebat.net maybe someone will answer this time.
I am a VERY long time user of thebat, and lately the support has been terrible! what is going on? You all used to answer within a week, now you NEVER answer!

I am not happy! The past few versions of thebat have been full of bugs and no one seems to care. I reported errors 2-3 versions ago, and those bugs have carried right through to every version since then.

These are the bugs that have carried through every version... anyone else having this problem??

Started in Version 3.65.03 - The bug description:
I found 2 bugs in this version that are repeatable!
1 - If I need to delete a large quantity of text from an email that I am typing, when I get the highlighting down to the bottom of the page getting ready to delete it, the page cursor JuMpS back to the top of the page and will not let me highlighting it.
(that happens mostly when I am replying to someones email and I need to get rid of the
"Thursday, February 2, 2006, 3:44:15 PM, you wrote:")

2 - In the TO:, CC: and BCC: when I type in an address thebat will think I am adding another address and remove the one I added. If there is anything slightly similar to the address that I am adding thebat will change it..
Here is an example:
support@thebat.com might be changed to support@microsoft.com
It gets very frustrating
It picks up on the suppo and fills it in with what it thinks you are going to type :(

Here is another one that has not been fixed:
Can you please tell me why, when I receive emails with this version, EVER email has a font size like the head of a pin. Font size is like Arial 7
