Voyager always encrypts the message base.

Not really, both of them use the registry to for lots of stuff, like you preferences, whether you're using a registered version and the location of your preferences.

I know that there is the voyager version but I don't want to encrypt the emails and the other data.

Can I use the professional and/or home version on a USB stick?
