e different file paths to TB's mail directory should not matter when you simply copy the contents of the mail directory.
Don't use the internal backup facility, that wou;ld mees things up in this case.
I try to do it but when I open the bat, he does not view any of my account or common folders.

I know that I can recreate each account and folder but I have hundreds of folders and it is impossible to do it each time.

I think it is because the path to the bat repertory is diffent between my work pc and my laptop but I cannot do anything else.

you may simply copy the entire mail folder from one PC (where you last used TB) to the other, overwriting the files on the target PC. I guess TB should not be opened on any of the PC during the transfer. This way you'll sync everything (messages, changed settings, address books etc.)

This may be slow if you have big msg bases, so if you have some synchronisation software set it to copy only newer files.

Another way (to sync only messages) is to make batch files and use /EXPORT and /IMPORT commands.

Finally, TB has a built-in sync utility - but IMO it's too complicated for a regular use.
